Use | The SUPERMASTER series offers optimal results in the production of high quality log products such as construction timber (CT), duo / trio Beams or glued laminated timber. In addition, the SUPERMASTER series machines are also used in the production of glued laminated timber (glulam). The strong feed system means that large, heavy, wet and frozen work pieces as well as small, delicate ones can be managed with ease by the SUPERMASTER.

Equipment | Equipment such as horizontal and vertical REX change shafts, horizontal and vertical oscillation, lateral mobility of the work shafts behind the straightedge, directly driven work shafts and chamfering are standard. On request, the machine can be designed for parallel traversing. This feature ensures both uniform utilization of the work width and uniform loading of tables and printing units in the handling of smaller dimensions. Other options can easily be added due to the modular design.

Use | The robust machines are designed for continuous loads and are safe and comfortable to operate. The variety of equipment means the machine can be adapted to perfectly suit the needs of your facility: Spindle assembly, spindle number and various tooling systems are just a few examples.

Wide planer | With the SUPERMASTER-series, REX offers a wide planer for laminated timber construction engineering. It can comfortably process wide components, whether straight or curved, up to a work width of 3400 mm and height of 600 mm. The wide planer machines have particularly heavy and massive feed systems, a swivel head sunk into the ground and vertical shafts with special float and copy functions for four-sided planing of bent, curved components and those with excessive height.
