REX has designed a special planer system for plastics processing. The TOPMASTER plastic planer is ideal for machining PA, PE and PP and the standard program has the work widths 630 mm, 1100 mm, and 1350 mm. It can process panels with a thickness from 5 to 210 mm, with a feed rate of 2 to 9 m / min.
The TOPMASTER has slanting knives for a drawing cut. A vacuum conveyor with automatic belt centring guarantees easy and comfortable working on the TOPMASTER. The constant table principle allows the TOPMASTER to be easily integrated into an existing mechanised system or one manufactured by REX.
